Total fees vary and can be points, interest only, participating rates, or a blending of these. The total sum ranges from 8% to more than 20% - the higher rates we earned from participating fundings where we shared some risk and the project was so successful that we both fared well!
We never ask for any equity (although we have received stock options) and have no desire to get involved in the management of your business or personal affairs. In certain cases we may request financial statements, certified inventory reports, or construction project verifications as it applies.
